Who is responsible

Which data
Your email address, your order details (quiz, licence, amount, date, order number and licence code), your messages to us and technical data such as your IP address. The licence code and order number are also in the files you download. You cannot order without an email address.
Purposes and legal basis
We use your data to carry out your order, deliver your files and send your login links (performance of the contract). We keep it for our accounts and tax returns (legal obligation). And we use it to limit misuse, such as too many order or login attempts, and to trace a leaked file through its licence code (legitimate interest). We do not make automated decisions about you.
Who receives your data
Payments go through Mollie. Mollie processes your payment details partly under its own responsibility; we never see card or account details. We send email through Hostinger. The website and database run at Webdock in Denmark. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Cookies
We only use functional cookies: one to keep you logged in to My quizzes and one to show you your own order during and shortly after checkout. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Retention
We keep order and payment details for 7 years because of the tax retention obligation. Your email address and your access to My quizzes remain as long as you have purchases. Login links are valid for 15 minutes. We use IP addresses only to limit misuse and delete them after about a day. We keep emails with questions for at most 2 years.
No advertising
We do not send newsletters or advertising. You only receive emails about your order and the login links you request yourself.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, to restrict processing or to receive your data in a file you can take with you. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email us at info@dubbelquiz.nl. Data we must keep for tax purposes can only be deleted after that period.

Do you disagree with how we handle your data? Let us know. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
