Who we are
These terms apply to all purchases on dubbelquiz.nl. The seller is [IN TE VULLEN: bedrijfsnaam], registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number [IN TE VULLEN: KvK-nummer]. You can reach us at info@dubbelquiz.nl.
Offer and prices
We sell digital quiz files: a PowerPoint presentation, an Excel file with the answers and PDFs to print. The product page lists exactly which files are included under What you receive. You need PowerPoint and Excel, or a program that opens .pptx and .xlsx files, and a PDF reader. All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT.
Ordering and payment
You order with your email address and pay with iDEAL or card through our payment provider Mollie. The purchase is concluded as soon as your payment succeeds. You do not need an account.
Delivery and download
After payment you can download the files right away. You also receive a confirmation by email with these terms and the licence. Download links work for 24 hours. Through My quizzes you can request new links with your email address for as long as you have access. The language of the website does not affect the files you receive.
Licence
Your purchase gives you a right of use under the licence on the Licences page. For every order we record which version of the licence applies. The PowerPoint and Excel files contain your licence code and order number.
Right of withdrawal
For digital content that is delivered right away, your right of withdrawal ends as soon as delivery starts. This only applies if you expressly agree to immediate delivery at checkout and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result. We ask you to do so at checkout and confirm it in the confirmation email. You cannot order without that consent.
Something wrong?
You are entitled to files that work and match the description. Does a file not open, is something missing or is an answer wrong? Email us with your order number. We fix it with a corrected version. If that is not possible, we refund (part of) the amount. Your statutory rights still apply.
Refunds and access
We handle refunds ourselves. A full refund or chargeback of the only valid payment for an order ends access to the download and the right of use. After a partial refund, access remains. If an order was paid twice and one payment remains valid, access also remains.
Liability
If we are liable, it is never for more than the amount you paid for the order, except in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness. The layout may differ if you open the files in programs other than PowerPoint and Excel. Your statutory rights as a consumer still apply.
Complaints and governing law
Do you have a complaint? Email info@dubbelquiz.nl with your order number. We respond within 14 days. Dutch law applies to these terms and your purchase. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection the law of that country gives you. We may change these terms. Your order is governed by the terms that applied when you ordered.
